RETURNS POLICY

Hallmark Home Furnishings has an all-sales-final policy on all furniture items purchased. However, should any items purchased arrive with defects in any way, we will immediately return and exchange the item, or we can reimburse you for the item/items purchased. If the purchase arrives in damage-free condition we stand by the policy in mention, and are not obligatory thereafter to refund or exchange.

Hallmark Home Furnishings has an all-sales-final policy on all furniture items purchased. Preowned sectionals that revolve in our inventory are sold “as-is” with disclosed condition in the listing details. However, we do extend a 48-hour courtesy window after purchasing if there are any structural or integral condition issues not conveyed in the description for an eligible refund to be considered. After 2 days of ownership, should future issues arise, Hallmark Home Furnishings is no longer obligatory to refund or exchange.
